In the Court of AmbitionMatter No. CLAT / 2027
The Aspirant…… Petitioner
versus
Every Unanswered Doubt…… Respondent

Every doubt deserves a verdict.

The Opus Way Law Community is a free, moderated room for serious CLAT aspirants. Bring your hardest legal reasoning, reading, logic, quant and current-affairs questions — and leave with a reasoned answer, not noise.

No fees. No spam. No "same doubt bro" threads.

The Anti-Forum

This community has a constitution.

Most prep groups drown good questions in memes, rank-flexing and forwarded PDFs. We wrote four rules so that never happens here.

I
Article One

Doubts come first.

Post the question you're embarrassed to ask. In this room, that is the most respected post there is.

II
Article Two

Reasons, not answer keys.

"It's B" is never an answer. A resolution shows the principle, the fact it touches, and why every other option fails.

III
Article Three

Moderated. Always.

Off-topic noise, spam and ego contests are struck off the record — so the signal stays loud.

IV
Article Four

Free, forever.

Entry costs nothing and always will. The only price of admission is that you think out loud.

Try a matter

Rise. The bench is yours.

One principle. One set of facts. Four possible rulings. This is how CLAT legal reasoning thinks — and how every conversation in the community is argued.

The Principle

A person who voluntarily accepts a known risk of harm cannot later claim compensation for harm arising from that risk.

The Facts

Meera buys a ticket to a professional cricket match and takes a seat in the open stands. A batter's six flies into the crowd and strikes her. She sues the organisers. It later emerges that the safety net in front of her block had been torn for three weeks and never repaired — the ball came through the tear.

Deliver your verdict.

ORDER · PETITION ALLOWED

Correct. The principle covers only a risk that is both known and voluntarily accepted. Meera accepted that balls fly into stands — she could not accept a torn net she knew nothing about. A and D stop reading halfway through the facts; C invents an exception the principle never mentions.

OBJECTION · SUSTAINED

Not quite. Re-read the principle word by word: it needs a risk that is known and voluntarily accepted. Did Meera know the net was torn? Pick again.

Sealed judgment · hover or tap to unseal

Option B. The principle covers only a risk that is both known and voluntarily accepted. Meera accepted that balls fly into stands, not a torn net she knew nothing about.

Procedure of the House

How a doubt becomes a verdict.

1
Filed

Bring the matter.

Post the question with your own attempt — the option you chose and why. Half the answer is in how you got it wrong.

2
Heard

Argue it out.

Fellow aspirants and mentors weigh in. Positions get challenged, principles get quoted, shortcuts get tested.

3
Decided

Walk out sharper.

The reasoning that holds up stays on record — so the next aspirant with the same doubt gets a verdict, not a guess.

O

Court is in session.

The aspirants who crack CLAT aren't the ones who never had doubts. They're the ones who never left a doubt unresolved. Your seat is waiting.
